Welcome to Quick Leads. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our WhatsApp automation and lead extraction services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Registration Data
When you create an account to use our services, we require the following personal information:
- Name: Used for account personalization and communication.
- Email Address: Used for account login, password recovery, and service-related notifications.
1.2 WhatsApp Business Account Data (Meta Embedded Signup)
Quick Leads uses the Meta (Facebook) Embedded Signup flow to connect your WhatsApp Business Account to our platform. During this process, we collect and securely store:
- WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID): Identifies your business account on Meta's platform.
- Phone Number ID: The specific phone number registered to your WABA.
- Display Name: The verified business name associated with your WhatsApp number.
- Connection Status: Whether your WABA is actively connected to our platform.
We do not store your personal Facebook account credentials, password, or any financial information from Meta. The connection is established via OAuth and governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
Quick Leads operates as a Meta Tech Provider. By connecting your WhatsApp Business Account, you authorise Quick Leads to send and receive messages on behalf of your business using the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, subject to Meta's Platform Terms and Business Messaging Policy.
1.3 Payment Information (Via Razorpay)
We do not directly collect or store sensitive financial information, such as credit card numbers or banking details, for processing subscriptions. All payment transactions are handled securely by our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. Your payment details are submitted directly to Razorpay, and they are governed by Razorpay’s own privacy policy. We only receive notification of the success or failure of a transaction and limited identifier information to manage your subscription status.
1.4 Usage and Tracking Data (Cookies)
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to monitor and analyze the usage of our service and improve your experience. This data may include your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. We utilize the following third-party services for this purpose:
- Google Analytics: For general website traffic analysis and performance monitoring.
- Microsoft Clarity: For understanding user interaction, clicks, and general behavior on our platform to enhance user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery: To operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of the Quick Leads platform, including running automation and lead extraction processes.
- Authentication: To verify your identity and ensure account security.
- Communication: To send you technical alerts, updates, and customer support responses.
- Product Improvement: To analyze usage patterns (via analytics tools) and feedback to enhance existing features and develop new ones.
Third-Party Services and AI Disclaimer
3.1 Use of Third-Party AI Models
Our AI features, such as automated replies and drafting tools, rely on a Third-Party Large Language Model (LLM), specifically the Google Gemini API. When you use these features, the input data (such as user prompts or conversational context) is temporarily processed by the Gemini API to generate a response.
Quick Leads is not the developer or owner of the AI model, and we do not store the input or output of these API calls beyond the necessary time to fulfill the request.
3.2 AI Accuracy and Limitations
While highly advanced, all AI models, including the Gemini API, may occasionally generate inaccurate, misleading, or incorrect information ("AI Mistakes").
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any content generated by our AI features before it is sent to a recipient. Quick Leads assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages or losses arising from the use of AI-generated content.
4. User Responsibility & Data Exclusion
4.1 Messaging Content and Liability
The Quick Leads tool acts as a technical interface for your own WhatsApp account.
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for all activities conducted through your connected WhatsApp account using our tool. This includes:
- The content of any messages sent (text, media, links).
- The recipients of your messages.
- Compliance with all applicable local, state, and international laws, including anti-spam, privacy, and WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
While we implement safe limits and bottlenecks to reduce the risk of spam, Quick Leads bears no liability or responsibility for any messaging activities conducted by our users, including any legal actions or penalties incurred due to user communication practices. Messages are sent from your number only.
4.2 Exclusion of WhatsApp Content
We do not access, view, store, or analyze the actual content of your private WhatsApp conversations, contacts, or media files.
5. Data Security
We are committed to protecting your data. We use commercially reasonable security measures, including encryption and secure server environments, to protect your personal information and WhatsApp session data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
6. Facebook / Meta Data Deletion
6.1 Your Right to Data Deletion
If you connected your WhatsApp Business Account to Quick Leads via Facebook Login (Meta Embedded Signup), you have the right to request deletion of all data we collected during that process. This includes your WABA ID, Phone Number ID, display name, and connection status.
6.2 How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
- From within the app: Go to your WhatsApp settings page and click "Disconnect WhatsApp". This immediately removes all stored credentials and WABA data from our servers.
- Account deletion: Deleting your Quick Leads account from the Settings page permanently removes all data associated with your account, including WABA credentials.
- Via our Data Deletion page: Visit quickleadstool.com/data-deletion to submit a data deletion request directly.
- Email request: Send a request to support@quickleadstool.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" and we will process it within 30 days.
6.3 What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we permanently remove:
- Your WhatsApp Business Account connection data (WABA ID, Phone Number ID)
- Your account profile (name, email, password hash)
- Message send history and campaign logs
- Contact lists and opt-out records
- Business profile and AI configuration
- All plan and billing records (subscription history)
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. We will confirm completion within 30 days of a verified request.
